Thank you for all the parents and Mrs. Wirth who volunteered and supported the ROYCEMORE BOOK FAIR. It was truly a great success!  You can still  buy on-line now to support Roycemore (20% or more back to our school) at www.abcfairs.com  The on-line sale goes on all year, so if you need gifts, you can buy them.

Wasn't the ROYCEMORE FUN 4 ALL fun? Again thank you to the RFA for planning a truly great time for all.  I especially loved seeing our youngest children bowl!

ADMISSIONS OPEN HOUSE: SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 1
On Sunday, November 1 from 1:00-3:00 pm, Roycemore will host a fall open house. This event will showcase all Roycemore has to offer for prospective families looking for a school for either the 2016/17 school year or beyond, or for mid-year enrollment this year. If you know anyone who may be interested in Roycemore, please encourage them to attend this event. For any questions, please contact our Admissions Director Amanda Avery at aavery@roycemoreschool.org.

PICTURES THIS WEEK!
1. Recess this week was so much fun.  Even Mrs. Aragones was doing cartwheels.  I did not get a picture of her, but see all the students who were having a fabulous time in this beautiful weather.
More below!

2.  See below a Native American project from 2nd Grade

3. The Kindergarten were having a class meeting talking about an aspect of The Leader in Me, and also see pictures of them in their art class below.

4. Technology is alive and well as students work on IPads and Chrome Books.

5. The 4th Graders completed their unit on soil and water by doing soil and water testing and then dissecting worms.

6.  The 3rd Graders combined their study of the Maya and erosion. They worked to see how different forces caused erosion on their sugar cube Mayan temples.

See more pictures at the bottom of the blog.
