Now is the time to sign up for DISCOVERY UNLIMITED AND CAMP. Because the NU Center For Talent Development will be using our building this summer, Discovery will take place the first two weeks after school is out, June 13-24. Here is a special link that will let our Roycemore families register for Discovery before we release the information to the general public at the end of the week www.roycemoreschool.org/
The full descriptions of the Discovery offerings are at www.roycemoreschool.org/
Discovery is starting a week before camp this year. Therefore we will be offering an Extended Day Program until 3:00 p.m. for those of you who need childcare for the first week. The children will be able to cycle into camp as usual for the second week, so we will be having childcare until our usual 6:00 for that week.

PICTURES THIS WEEK
1. The First Graders really enjoyed making snowmen cookies in Spanish. Ask them to tell you the Spanish words for flour, sugar, and salt.
2. The Second Grade starts every morning with a Morning Meeting to encourage that good sense of classroom community.
3. The Fourth Grade presented their family heritage. It was so wonderful to see how many cultures were represented in this class.
4. Thank you to "Pops" Jerry Kaufman, Grandfather of Julian PK and Jonah Gr. 1 for talking to the First Graders about the Olympics. Jerry was a US national champion in fencing.
See more at the end of the blog.
